This system we use applies to the system that is run on Equus Sims. This way, it is easier to confdirm the age of horses bought and sold on there as well as competiting.
 

 

FOALS
Foals age 1 month = 1 year
---> after 4 months the foal will be 4 years old
Most of our horses are sold as yearlings, they are physically adults.
If we sell foals, we also offer a confirmation pic with them.

 

ADULTS
After these 4 months, horses age slower.
---> 4 months = 1 year in Sims

 

 

Our mares wont be bred before an age of 4 years.
Our studs wont stand at stud until they are 4 years old.
Our mares usually are pregnant for 1 week before the foals are born.
